Acceptance and eligibility

By using EncoGoals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 12 years old to create an account. We do not currently offer a parental-consent or child-account system. Keep access to your Google account secure and make sure information you provide is accurate.

Using EncoGoals

Use EncoGoals to plan goals and track work you are authorized to record. Do not abuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, interfere with security, send spam through connected features, or use the service unlawfully.

Your content and our software

You retain ownership of goals, tasks, notes, logs, and other content you add. You allow EncoGoals to store and process that content to provide the features you choose. EncoGoals software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors’.

Plans, payments, and changes

EncoGoals offers Free, Pro, and Max plans. Paid subscriptions may be monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout. The Payment Policy explains charges, renewal, cancellation, and billing support. We will give affected users at least 7 days’ notice before a price change to an existing recurring subscription takes effect, by account email and/or a prominent in-app notice. A new price will not be charged without authorization where the payment system or law requires it.

Availability and account access

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages, or changes may interrupt it. We may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security threats, fraud, abuse, attempts to compromise the service or other users, serious violations of these terms, or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason; urgent security, fraud, or legal situations may require immediate action. Suspension does not itself delete your data. Permanent deletion follows the account-deletion process or applicable law.

Third-party services

X requires users to be at least 13 years old and may require parental consent under local rules. EncoGoals users must meet those requirements before connecting X.

Google sign-in, Dodo Payments, and an optional X connection have their own terms. Connecting X is your choice; you are responsible for reviewing content before publication and for complying with X’s rules.

Disclaimers and liability

EncoGoals is a planning and tracking tool provided on an “as available” basis, not a promise of any particular outcome. We make reasonable efforts to keep it secure and available, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. Keep appropriate copies of information important to you. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Changes, governing law, and contact

EncoGoals is independently operated in India by Mohit (@encodedfeat), not by a registered EncoGoals company. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before a court or consumer forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. For a dispute, first contact encodedfeat@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.

For material changes to these terms, we aim to give at least 7 days’ notice where reasonably possible, using your account email and/or a prominent in-app notice. Minor corrections and urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner. The dates above show the effective and latest update dates.
